Service Plus was, in cooperation with Wincor Nixdorf enable its employees training in sales management for the reverse vending machines, as well as in the field of technical knowledge and characteristics of these machines. Regarding training for technicians, employees of the Service Plus were in training in Germany, Wincor Nixdorf's plant for the production of reverse vending machines in Ilmenau. The material was closely related to the implementation, service and maintenance of Revendo and for all backroom components. Training consisted of theoretical and practical part, where the "students" were trained in the premises completely equipped of real machines models. Employees are fully trained during the education for the work on reverse vending machines, their installation, maintenance and service, to work with application configuration, as well as to detect and remedy the problem. Through the knowledge of its employees, the company Service Plus provided the opportunity to fully develop the entire concept of advice in the field of architectural applications and technical details of reverse vending machines and the necessary infrastructure.
